Returning Goods From The UK

We have set up a European returns depot in the Netherlands. You will receive paperwork with a website link to our returns portal. Please submit your return through this. You will be provided with the return address and instructions through the portal. You can request a refund or store credit through this.Please note orders must not be returned to our UK address.If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of return postage is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, we will pay the cost of returning the item. The funds will be put back onto the gift card.&#xA0;

We have now introduced a new way of returning goods. The paperwork inside your parcel will have a link and QR code to our returns portal. The portal will give you option to obtain a UPS label. If returning for a refund then the label will be charged at &#xA3;20 which will be deducted from the refund total. If returning for an exchange then the return is free of charge.
