We understand that sometimes people wish to return goods for a variety of reasons. That's why we offer an easy FREE UK 30 days returns policy. It's our gentlemen's agreement.

Unwanted goods must be returned in an unused, fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

You will receive paperwork with a website link to our returns portal. Please submit your return through this. It will give you the option to obtain a free returns label for Royal Mail or DPD. You can also access the portal here https://returnsportal.shop/alan-paine 

UK orders can be returned for a refund, store credit or an exchange for a different size.
