Returning Goods From The USUpdated a month ago

We have now introduced a new way of returning goods. The paperwork inside your parcel will have a link and QR code to our returns portal. The portal will give you option to obtain a UPS label. If returning for a refund then the label will be charged at £20 which will be deducted from the refund total. If returning for an exchange then the return is free of charge.

If you have experienced a fault with the received item, please submit the return as faulty. This will then be reviewed and if approved a free returns label will be emailed to you.
