We have now introduced a returns portal for all returns. You will receive paperwork with a link to the portal inside your parcel. Using this customers outside of the EU such as Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Canada and the rest of the world have the option to obtain a UPS returns label through our portal. If returning for a refund, there will be a charge for the returns label. The charge amount will be shown to you when submitting your return and this amount will be deducted from the refund total. If returning for an exchange or store credit then returns are free charge.

If you have experienced a fault with the received item, please submit the return as faulty. This will then be reviewed and if approved a free returns label will be emailed to you.
