Returning Goods From The EUUpdated a month ago

We have set up a European returns depot in the Netherlands. You will receive paperwork with a website link to our returns portal. Please submit your return through this. You will be provided with the return address and instructions through the portal. You can request a refund or store credit through this.

Please note orders must not be returned to our UK address.

If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of return postage is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, we will pay the cost of returning the item. Proof of postage costs will be required.

The portal will allow you to generate a UPS return label the cost of which will be deducted from the refund amount upon receipt of the return. However, if returning for store credit then the label will be free on charge.

Store credit is issued in the form of a Gift Card which is emailed to you once your return has been processed.

Please note, if store credit is chosen and a new order is placed which is ultimately also returned. The funds will be put back onto the gift card.
