Mainland UK orders are shipped Monday-Friday. We aim to ship all orders placed before 1pm on the same day. However, this is not always possible during busy periods.Standard shipping is &#xA3;3, delivery is estimated to take 1-3 business days.Next day delivery is &#xA3;5.95, orders placed before 1pm (excluding weekends) are delivered the next business day. Please note if you are located in the Scottish highlands delivery typically takes an extra day.Saturday delivery is &#xA3;7.95, orders must be placed before 12pm on a Friday. If your order is placed earlier in the week then we will hold the order and ship it on a Thursday to ensure it get&apos;s to you on the Saturday.For Orders to Northern Ireland, shipping is charges at &#xA3;10 as is expected to take 2-4 days.

We are delighted to confirm that we ship to every country in the EU. You will be pleased to know that we will ship all orders to EU member countries with VAT and duties pre-paid at no extra charge to our customers.Orders are shipped in batches via UPS to our depot in the Netherlands who then ship the orders individually with DPD. Shipping from the UK to the Netherlands is typically the longest part of the delivery journey and your tracking will not update during this time.The shipping charge for all EU orders is &#x20AC;20. For deliveries to Spain and Italy shipping takes an estimated 8 to 10 business days (Monday-Friday) from the day the order is shipped. Depending on the speed in which orders clear through customs delivery can be quicker than this but may on the rare occasion exceed this time frame.For all other EU countries delivery is estimated at 5 to 8 business days.

US orders are now shipped via UPS on a express service. We aim to get your parcel to you within 2-4 business days.There is a shipping charge of $20 on all orders under $400.You will be pleased to know that we will ship all orders to the United States with VAT and duties pre-paid at no extra charge to our customers.

For customers located outside of the UK, EU and the US, your orders will be sent via UPS or FedEx. We offer shipping to most countries around the world at a &#xA3;30 charge.If we ship to you then you will be able to select your country at Checkout. Delivery time frames can vary but we expect most to be delivered within 5 to 8 business days. This may take slightly longer for some countries.Please be advised Customs and duties will be payable. These are put in place by your countries government. The courier will reach out to you to capture the funds. As Customs and duties are payable, all prices shown on the website are without VAT. Our website will pick up on your location automatically and show you all prices without VAT.

Has your order not arrived within the estimated time frame?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame and the tracking is not providing much information, please get in touch. You will first receive a response from our AI. If they are unable to provide the required information just ask to speak with a human and we will get back to you.For international deliveries, most delays are due to customs but if the last tracking update was a number of days ago we may need to investigate this with the courier.&#xA0;For UK deliveries, if there are any delays of more than a couple of days. This may be something we need to look into.

My order still hasn't arrived?

Information for the rare occurrence that your order has not been delivered to you despite the tracking stating otherwise.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. We will contact the courier and raise a delivery dispute. As part of their investigation then will typically look into the GPS location and interview the driver. For UK customers they will also provide a delivery image. The courier may also send the driver back out to locate the parcel.Please note delivery disputes can take time but we will keep you updated with any information we receive from the courier.&#xA0;Once it is confirmed that the parcel was not delivered to you a refund or replacement will be offered.
