My order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?Updated a month ago

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. We will contact the courier and raise a delivery dispute. As part of their investigation then will typically look into the GPS location and interview the driver. For UK customers they will also provide a delivery image. The courier may also send the driver back out to locate the parcel.

Please note delivery disputes can take time but we will keep you updated with any information we receive from the courier. 

Once it is confirmed that the parcel was not delivered to you a refund or replacement will be offered.
