My order still hasn't arrived?Updated a month ago
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame and the tracking is not providing much information, please get in touch. You will first receive a response from our AI. If they are unable to provide the required information just ask to speak with a human and we will get back to you.
For international deliveries, most delays are due to customs but if the last tracking update was a number of days ago we may need to investigate this with the courier.
For UK deliveries, if there are any delays of more than a couple of days. This may be something we need to look into.
