Can I make a change to my order?
If you want to make a change to your order such as the size/colour of a product or the delivery address then please contact us as soon as possible. We have a limited window to make changes to orders. Once a change is made this may not update directly
I forgot to apply my discount code
Have you placed your order and forgot to apply a discount code? Please get in touch and we will be happy to apply this retrospectively. A refund can be issued for the difference. Please note only 1 discount code can be used per order.
Help! there is an issue with my order
