If your order has not gone through or the payment was declined, the first step would be to try again.
Please note if it fails more than once, it likely won't work for the next 24 hours. In this case we would recommend trying a different browser or device. Or a different payment method.
Our website accepts all credit and debit cards. We also offer checkout via PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

Common reasons for payment failures:
- Insufficient funds in your account or on your card.
- A security hold has been placed on your card (contact your bank to resolve this).
- A mismatch between billing and shipping addresses (ensure they match).
- Incorrect CSV code (the last three digits on the back of your card).
- Incorrectly typed card number.
- The billing address or post code does not match what is on file for your card.
- A delay in authorising the payment through your banking app or by pin code.
